If you happy with what you have ordered and the price. Process the payment
- Shipment
Once the payment is finalised the item will be posted within 24 hours. (business hour)
Please confirm your postal address as there will be no responsibility taken if the item is lost after posting.
When I send the postage, I will send an email confirming the payment and the shipment.
I always try to put most effort to make the postage as secure as possible.

- Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, there is no refund or exchange if you decide you don't like the colour or change of mind. Please choose the item carefully as the item is brand new and unopened. (This is critical with nail polish or any cosmetic product!!)
If you are not happy with the service, please let me know. This will give me an opportunity to improve the service.
